This pilot research project was conducted during the planning phase of the Library Development Program, one of the largest initiatives supporting public libraries in Poland. Working as part of a research team led by Aleksander Tarkowski and Mirosław Filiciak, I contributed to an analysis of existing library initiatives, digital inclusion programmes, and the role of libraries in local communities. The study provided evidence and recommendations that informed the design of the nationwide programme.
