This project explored theatre pedagogy, cultural participation, and the involvement of young people in creative processes developed within the framework of the Jan Dorman Competition. Drawing on qualitative research conducted in collaboration with theatre practitioners and educators, it examined how theatre-based activities can foster participation, dialogue, learning, and agency among young audiences. The project resulted in the open-access volume Praktykując pedagogikę teatru. Pojęcia, wartości, przykłady (2025), to which I contributed as co-author of two research-based chapters.
